Brief description

The changes that you will face as a result of assuming leadership responsibility should not be underestimated and require that you prepare carefully for the transition from colleague to boss. In this management workshop you will learn the basics of situational leadership, deal with your "new" role, work out your own "management plan" and learn to act with different personalities in a goal-oriented manner.
